Quick exchange bed plate system
The bed plate unit is mounted on rail guides to allow quick and efficient
cleaning of the bed plate. Exact repositioning is ensured by means
of a mechanical lock.

Feeding systems FFS / RDF
Serves the feeding of voluminous webs into the needling zone with
minimum draft.
Optimum web transport through:
- adjustable roller positions and clamping points
- exact speed synchronistation
Smooth running linear guides enable quick and simple removal of the
system for cleaning and servicing.

Direct
Feeding System (DFS)
The
Direct Feeding System (DFS) has the purpose to feed batts within
the light and medium weight range directly to the needle punching
zone of the machine. An optimum control of the batt transport by
means of adjustable distance between both conveyors, minimised distance
of the nip point to the first row of needles and exact synchronisation
of the velocity reduces the created drafts significantly.

Felt drafter
The felt drafter provides the longitudinal drafting required for cross-lapped
webs between pre- and finish needling. The draft in all four streching
zones can be altered using the indiviual adjustment of the roller
speeds. The balanced ratio between longitudinal and transverse strength
in the finished product, which results from this procedure, is of
special importance in the production of geotextiles.
