The mechanical-aerodynamic DREF Friction spinning system cuts the speed of the machine components involved in the spinning process in relation to the number of yarn twists. The system not only provides far higher yarn production speeds, but is also able to process virgin and regenerated fibres in a wide range of staple length and titre. DREF is still the only core yarn spinning process with a centric core covered with sheath fibres spun in one operation. New for all DREF - products:   - touch screen for the setting of production parameters and machine status     information: allows very easy handling of the various yarn parameters;     furthermore, yarn count calculation as well as measurement of length and weight     are included by means of the PLC control.   Moreover, for all machines lab units of three spinning heads are available.
