NL 21/S, N L21/RS, NL 21, NL 21/R, NL 21/SL, NL 21/RSL

FEHRER double-board machines have two needling zones    positioned one behind the other. This configuration raises    performance levels through increased penetration densitiy..

Combinations of the NL 21/SL and NL 21/RSL, NL 21/S and
NL 21/RS, or NL 21 and NL 21/R, provide intensive down- or    upstroke finish needling without felt turning.

Applications
Synthetic leather, coating substrates, geotextiles, roofing felts,    filters, floor and wall coverings, needled weaves, technical felts

Quadro Punch and Twin Punch machines

The NL 88-QP and NL 88/S-QP “QUADRO PUNCH” needle    punching machines offer four needling zones for simultaneous
   double-sided needling.
The NL 9/S-TP and NL 2000/S-TP “TWIN PUNCH” machines    are similar to the QUADRO PUNCH machines but have only    two zones for double-sided needling.

Both machines types guarantee high needling capacity. They    are used for production of felts with identical appearance on    both sides.

Applications
Shoe linings, filters, technical products, blankets

NL 9/SRS

NL 9/SRS TANDEM

The NL 9/SRS is characterised by two sequential needling    zones, which either function from above and below, or vice    versa. The advantages of the NL 9/SRS are a lower draft level,
minimum material shrinkage and higher throughput speeds.
(H1 needling zone as option available)

Applications
Synthetic leather, carpeting, blankets, geotextiles, coating    substrates

NL 2000/SRS SUPERTANDEM

The NL 2000/SRS combines the advantages of the NL 9/SRS    with the speeds and performance of the NL 2000/S series.
This means higher stroke frequencies, increased production    and maximum penetration densities.
(H1 needling zone as option available)

Applications
Synthetic leather, carpeting, geotextiles, coating substrates
