"SUPERLOOPER"

The NL 21/RV and NL 21/SRV are specifically designed for the manufacture of random velours at highest speeds. The machines are fitted with self-aligning brushes, which are ensured a long service life by a special cleaning system comprised of two pinned and brush rollers. The brush conveyor system offers a perfect penetration basis for mark-free material surfaces. A special needle pattern is available for rib velours.

Applications
   Automotive carpets, automotive trims, head liners, trunk liners,    artificial fur for clothing, hometex, artificial turf, linings for shoes    and outerwear, soft toys, marine textiles

 The NL11/TWIN-SE “Carpet Star” is a structuring needle    punching machine for the production of high-quality rib and    velour products and in particular, structured fabrics with a    surround or borders on all sides.

The NL 11/SE (electronically controlled patterning system) is    a structuring machine for the manufacture of patterns with      short, medium and long repeat for exclusive floor and wall    coverings.   
   A quick advance system provides felt transportation during    penetration pauses and the extremely rigid steel frame permits    heavy duty applications.

NL 2000/SLV

NL2000/SLV, NL21/LV, NL21/SLV

The NL 2000/SLV is fitted with a lamella bed to ensure the    manufacture of ribbed products. The machine combines high    stroke frequencies with a robustness derived from the    distributation of penetration loads on two drive shafts.

   Owing to their high capacity the NL21/LV and NL21/SLV    respectively equipped with two needle punching zones each
   are extremely suited for in-line operation within high-speed    plants.
