NL 21/ SRV
"SUPERLOOPER"


Our needle punching research centre contains the following equipment:

An NL21/SF high-speed, double-board needle punching machine with
   speeds of 2,700 strokes/min.

An NL9/SRS "Tandem" machine with an initial downstroke zone followed
   by an upstroke zone. This can be fitted with either flat needling with
   2 x 5,000 needles/linear metre, two "F90" needling zones incorporating
   12,500 needles/linear metre each, or curved "H1" needling zones.

An NL 88-QP "Quadro Punch" needle punching machine with four
   needling zones for simultaneous double-sided needling.

An NL11/TWIN-SE "Carpet Star" structuring machine. A double board
   patterning machine which  permits the installation of various lamella grids,
   as well as the CAPSIM 2 (Computer Aided Pattern Simulation) system for
   floor and wall covering applications.

An NL21/S-RV high-speed needle punching machine for the production
   of velours and rib velour.

The NL 18 MMD ("Multi-Motion Drive") , especially for endless felts,
   which creates elliptical movements of the needle beam.

Felt drafter for re-orientation of cross-laid webs in order to achieve MD/CD
   ratio close to 1:1.
