V21/R-K12 "High-Loft" line with NL9/S preneedler or thermobonding oven.

Fibre lubrication is integrated into the bale opener, which is followed by a
   vibratory chute feed, a weighing belt, and the latest V21/R pre-web forming
   machine with a perforated drum above the delivery apron and width reduction
   system.

The K12 random card is also fitted with all the newest devices such as dust
   extraction systems and automatic cleaning devices. The "High-Loft" device
   is of course available on this machine.

The NL9/S, which is installed downstream of the K12, is equipped with MMD  
   and can be converted to curved  "H1" needling geometry.

A FLEISSNER oven and a cutting and winding machine round off the line.
   Consequently, it is possible to produce thermobonded fabric samples
   in a single testing facility.

   and natural fibres such as coir and sisal.
